Hi guys where can I find some information on upcoming courses??? Specifically the inlab denture course. I looked on the courses link and nothing was there. Thanks

Hi Guys. I’m doing a zirconia bridge over a bar. The bar was was easy, milled sintered CC, hand adjusted to give enough space. So for the zirconia bridge to be cemented I chose all Pontics and gingival (like a denture) but can’t get the gingival aspect to populate. Teeth do fine, but will not make the gums. I’ve tried many different margins, and insertion axis but no success. Is there another way to do this?? SW19.2
Thanks.
Cliff
Hi Guys, I’m have inlab 19.2 and trying to make implant crowns on Astra EV implants and the tibase I have is the AT EV 5.4 GH1 L. I don’t see it listed as a implant connection type. Can I use the AT OS 4.5/5.0?? Concerned about he width of the landing surface. Thanks
Hi everyone, I just got my Infire HTC upgrade for metal sintering with InCoris and I have a few questions about milling the InCoris CCB disc. If any could help me out with this process would you be ok talking over the phone to discuss? I basically want or get the A to Z with tips for milling to sintering finish.
Thank you
Cliff

What admin parameters would you select to design the type of framework below. This a Dr Mike Brumm’s case which I’m sure most have seen somewhere . I want to design if so there is minimal post sintering work as possiible. My case is 8 implants evenly spaced from 2 to 15. I having trouble figuring out the proper design parameters to make to the easier design.

Clifton Harris DDS I want to do a Titanium framework for a case and have never mill that material with my MCX5. Is it possible? Recommended? Is it hard on the motor?? Any pointers?? Thanks,
Cliff

You can mill a titanium framework on the MCX5...But not in the USA. They will not sell you the milling package. Sucks but true...has to do with FDA

Well frank I have purchased a quite few inPost and was able to modify one to fit these abutments so I’ll use the InPost for this case and we will see how it goes. Thanks,
Cliff
Clifton Harris DDSSo Frank in this case I’m not using the inPost, I want to scan the the spacer on the adjusted cylinders to build and screw retained zirconia hubrid. can this be done with Inlab? I don’t care so much about the non-draw because the cylinders will be on MUA. This is a case I am doing for a patient pro bono and wanted to use up a bunch of abutments I have in supply. Can the Inlab mill even if the path of draw is off with the bridge? If so how do I set it up in the admin screen. Thanks agai... moreSo Frank in this case I’m not using the inPost, I want to scan the the spacer on the adjusted cylinders to build and screw retained zirconia hubrid. can this be done with Inlab? Got a question: I do a lot of PMMA winged bridges for immediate implant placement as temps for say #7 or 10 when occlusion allows. Never had a problem they bond great, but short term - 6 months. I have a kid that is 13 and parents want to wait until 18 or older to have implant placed, Is there a material used for long term Maryland-bridge type of restoration I can mill with MCx5?? Any recommendations?? Come in disc or blocks. Personally the only pmma I use that is pretty awesome for long term is the harvest temp esthetic pucks. The thing about maryland bridges is the thickness on those wings. But that material is double crosslinked...it can be also used for denture teeth long term use
Here you go Frank, It milled out without removing the blocked out areas, not as it shows it in the pics in the cam. It milled like the Edit pic in pink (third image) .
Hey Frank, Your denture cases look great!! what do you lute the pmma bridge onto the denture pmma base with? Also I milled a denture base out last night and it didn't mill out the undercut, my design showed correct shape but it milled out with undercut blocked out? what am i doing wrong
I just installed the new software. Working on a all on 6 upper and lower case. I scan in all the models, bio copy’s scan bodies for both arches, then I design the upper first, go to export it and then virtual seat and design the lower. I’ve got a error when the gingival area is being designed. I tried to change the margins a bit to make sure the teeth fall with in the margins. But still get this error... any suggestions??
Frank Acosta
Maybe over extent the gingiva margin line to see if it proposes. Just exaggerate the line past where you would normally place it. Then work from there
Hey everyone, I just got the SW 18 to install and I have 2 large cases I'm working on, kind of in the middle of.... If I install the new SW can I still continue to work on these cases without any issues or should I finish them first then install the new version of Inlab?? Thanks, Cliff

Hi Derrick. Thanks for responding. What blocks option do you pick if you are using the bruxZir blocks from Glidewell? All I see is Zr disc 98.5 mm options.. not blocks. I have the MCX5 milling unit and a MCX unit for Chairside ... thanks
