Hi Guys. I’m doing a zirconia bridge over a bar. The bar was was easy, milled sintered CC, hand adjusted to give enough space. So for the zirconia bridge to be cemented I chose all Pontics and gingival (like a denture) but can’t get the gingival aspect to populate. Teeth do fine, but will not make the gums. I’ve tried many different margins, and insertion axis but no success. Is there another way to do this?? SW19.2
    Thanks.

Hi everyone, I just got my Infire HTC upgrade for metal sintering with InCoris and I have a few questions about milling the InCoris CCB disc. If any could help me out with this process would you be ok talking over the phone to discuss? I basically want or get the A to Z with tips for milling to sintering finish.

Hey guys. I’m working on a case upper and lower all on 6 and I’m doing it as crowns and gingiva due to can’t use scan body on these abutments. Using a fitted spacer over the seated ti cylinders on the MUA. Of course some don’t draw and when the restoration is created in edit there areas within the ti cylinder space that don’t match the shape of the scanned cylinders. I guess under cuts are blocked out. What do I do here to get the design to match the scanned cylinders perfectly even i...  more

Got a question: I do a lot of PMMA winged bridges for immediate implant placement as temps for say #7 or 10 when occlusion allows. Never had a problem they bond great, but short term - 6 months. I have a kid that is 13 and parents want to wait until 18 or older to have implant placed, Is there a material used for long term Maryland-bridge type of restoration I can mill with MCx5?? Any recommendations?? Come in disc or blocks. Was thinking Pekkton or peek and bond a veneer on it, its grey...  more

Here you go Frank, It milled out without removing the blocked out areas, not as it shows it in the pics in the cam. It milled like the Edit pic in pink (third image) .

    Thanks,

I just installed the new software. Working on a all on 6 upper and lower case. I scan in all the models, bio copy’s scan bodies for both arches, then I design the upper first, go to export it and then virtual seat and design the lower. I’ve got a error when the gingival area is being designed. I tried to change the margins a bit to make sure the teeth fall with in the margins. But still get this error... any suggestions??

I have a question about the STL export module for Inlab SW 15/16. What is the reason we have to buy this for 3 K every year? Sirona is great and all and love it to death....but I feel this is a little extravagant for just the ability to export. I'm a doctor that places a ton of implants with guides I make myself with Blue Sky Bio, I don't have a sirona 3D scannner (Planmeca). I do export many other items as well. Is Sirona just that greedy that they dont believe other SW 's and other n...  more
