If you download from iTERO, choose Arch Combined (Arches locked in bite position) as another STL file and then import to inlab SW 20 bite catalog. Then you can stitch very well. I have both iTERO and CEREC/inlab system in our office. Hope that helps!

No I was wondering if you had a inEos X5.
There are 2 waysTo import Itero scans.
1. Is to import the stl's in the scan phase. Do not add on the admin anything because the SW will ask you for a bite. Once you move forward to the model stage go back to the admin and add your order.
2. You can add using the V24.xml file. You might get an error. If you do then you need to do it the way of the .stl. Itero changed something and it is giving the sw issues importing it.

As of now, I design crowns in one arch, then go back to administration - create a new layer and then start again with the other arch locking the first one.
Hope this makes sense.
Look forward to getting some solutions here. thanks

Hello Frank, We are using the Inlab SW 20.0 version.
So once a scan comes in from Itero, we download the stl files and then upload it in the Inlab SW for Upper and Lower arch.
